About the Job:

  • Develop and execute tenant engagement strategies to enhance the overall tenant experience.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants and local businesses to promote community building and cooperation.
  • Design and implement promotional campaigns to increase awareness and utilization of building amenities and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Hospitality, or Marketing; or industry-related curriculum.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to negotiate and persuade.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
