**Job Description:** As the Real Estate Operations Coordinator - Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include property oversight, administrative coordination, and creative marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property portfolios, including reviewing assessed property values, managing company LLCs, and ensuring compliance with property registrations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to oversee repairs, maintenance, and project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranties, utility contracts, and operational tasks.

**Marketing & Creative Content Management:

  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and building signage, in collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Capture high-quality progress photos of construction sites and contribute to digital marketing strategies.

**Administrative Support:

  • Assist with real estate development project planning and tracking, including maintaining timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Monitor project expenses and process invoices while maintaining accurate financial records.

**Requirements:
