Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Team Leader to join our team. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Shift Supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate MOD values and behaviors, and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership.
  • Create a Positive Vibe: Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect, and coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift.
  • Train and Coach: Demonstrate, train, and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks, and demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources.
  • Partner with General Manager: Partner with the General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
