The Business Development Manager is a key role in Audi's financial services division, responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to reach retail, lease, and wholesale objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of business management and finance, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to reach retail, lease, and wholesale objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with dealer customers and internal stakeholders
- Promote and sell Audi financial services products and services
- Provide feedback and updates to dealerships on their performance and progress
- Coordinate programs and activities between Audi and dealerships
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of professional work experience in automotive financial operations
- Strong business finance and sales skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Master's degree in business or related field
- Professional certifications in business finance or sales
Work Environment:
This role requires extensive travel, with overnight stays required at times. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with frequent travel.
