Job Overview
Great Lakes Petroleum seeks a seasoned Commercial Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Midlothian, VA area. As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and regional market conditions. In addition to a competitive base salary, the successful candidate can expect a commission-based compensation structure that rewards sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM software accordingly.
  • Demonstrate expertise in product offerings and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet or exceed sales goals.
