Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution and entry of parts quotations, including price evaluations, delivery schedules, and work scope planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to schedule work and ensure that material sourcing aligns with customer delivery commitments.
  • Facilitate technical inquiries between customers, Emerson engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain communication with the sales channel and service center teams, ensuring that expectations and commitments are consistently met within acceptable time frames.
  • Source, procure, and expedite necessary parts and materials, forecasting needs for peak periods.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure optimal pricing for timely delivery, while researching and developing alternative sources when necessary.
  • Stay informed on the progress of service projects, negotiating delivery timelines prior to order entry and updating sales channels/customers on any delays.
  • Comply with all safety, quality, and company regulations, actively participating in Safety and Quality Committees.
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of team members while upholding excellent housekeeping standards.

Required Skills:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, time management, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in process controls, technical, industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with a Relational Database Management System (such as Oracle).
