Position Summary: As a Market Practice Manager at RHC Group Management LLC, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effective and seamless operation of multiple practice locations. Your role will encompass overseeing administrative, financial, and operational aspects, supporting our healthcare professionals, and upholding the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing several clinic sites, conducting regular visits to each location, and diligently completing performance checklists. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative functions, including appointment management, billing processes, and patient registration
  • Lead and develop administrative and support personnel, promoting a constructive workplace culture
  • Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, while remaining informed about industry developments
  • Coordinate staffing to align with the operational needs of healthcare providers
  • Support financial objectives, budgeting, and business strategies
  • Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints
  • Manage daily practice operations, including services, site policies, staff development, and patient flow
  • Handle staff relations, including performance evaluations, employee satisfaction, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll functions
  • Monitor budgets, compliance with regulations, contracts, and vendor relationships
  • Evaluate and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers
  • Ensure facility and equipment maintenance, providing a safe and hygienic environment
  • Implement and revise office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned within the scope of practice

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or administration
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in medical billing and electronic health record systems (eCW preferred)
  • Strategic thinker with a proven record of successful practice enhancements
