  • Verify Age Requirements: Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all guests, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle Special Requests: Handle special needs, wait lists, and table assignments, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
  • Promote Outdoor Adventures: Promote to guests the adventures that NOC has to offer, and provide local area information and/or directions, as needed.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain and supervise front-of-house cleanliness (inside and outside) and bathrooms, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests.
  • Assist Servers and Management: Assist Servers with drink orders and enter food tickets into P.O.S system as needed, and complete side work and front of house duties as outlined by the manager on duty.
Requirements
  • Great Communication Skills: Possess great communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, servers, and management.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a strong understanding of exceptional customer service, with the ability to provide a positive and memorable experience for guests.
