PT Solutions Physical Therapy is a leading provider of physical therapy services, with a mission to expand access to quality care. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinicians as they strive to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile patient payments and units billed while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Process insurance verifications and benefits management in a timely and accurate manner
  • Obtain authorization and prior authorization for patient treatments
  • Manage over-the-counter collections and reconcile all charges on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

Qualifications & Pay Range:
  • PT Solutions requires a minimum of a High School or GED diploma. Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred)

Pay Range: $19.00 per Hour

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.

Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility to work 9am-6pm when needed
