Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator

About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team in the Kansas City Metro area.

This is a contract position offering competitive pay of $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, STD/LTD, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
