Equipped with advanced technology, we offer comprehensive services including in-house laboratory testing, ultrasonography, CT scans, MRI, and electrochemotherapy.

Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will exemplify outstanding customer service skills to represent our organization effectively and manage daily operations at the front desk. This part-time role involves working 2-3 shifts weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and compassionately.
- Accurately prepare and review documentation and medical records.
- Educate clients about our veterinary services and practices.
- Manage appointments, emergencies, and client inquiries, ensuring top-notch care and satisfaction.
- Handle admissions and discharges with precision; schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
- Process invoices and payments accurately.
- Maintain and update client and pet records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and emailing.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships.
- A basic understanding of Windows-based computer applications.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- The capacity to identify and seek guidance in client-related situations where protocols may not apply.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
