Human Resources Role Overview
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual HR Generalist to join a contract manufacturing organization in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various facets of human resources, including recruitment, temporary staffing agency management, employee functions, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of direct hire roles
- Management of temporary staffing agency relationships
- Assistance with employee functions
- Enforcement of company policies and practices
Requirements:
- 10 years of overall experience in HR
- Bachelors or Associates Degree
- Bilingual - Spanish & English Speaker
- Minimum 5 Years of HR Experience
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Experience with ADP or HRIS
- High school Diploma
