Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Data Specialist to join our team at Vaco. As an HR Data Specialist, you will be responsible for updating payroll and HR data into our company system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into the HRIS data systems in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Update existing records, input employee transactions, and personal data.
  • Perform self-audits of work to ensure data integrity in the HRIS data system.
  • Organize and maintain a filing system for both active and terminated employees.
  • Audit employee files to ensure all required documentation is accounted for.
  • Provide problem resolution and assistance via telephone and email to help resolve data issues.
  • Assist with running and distributing department reports.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of data and records management experience processing employee data.
  • Associates degree.
  • UKG experience.
