At NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to join our team at our NeuroBehavioral Hospital of NW Indiana in Crown Point, IN.

The HR Director will be responsible for managing a human resources department, overseeing administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development and administration of personnel rules and regulations
  • Pay and job classification structure
  • Recruitment efforts to ensure the hiring of quality staff
  • On-boarding process to create a welcoming environment
  • Employee performance issues and create opportunities of success
  • Evaluating HR processes/policies and making recommendations for improvements
  • Managing all other day to day Human Resource operations

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a combination of knowledge and experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
