Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with Educational Data Systems Inc, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to job seekers, employers, and agency visitors at PA CareerLink Delaware County. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist clients in a prompt and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate area, services, or staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and provide administrative support to staff and customers

Direct visitors to available onsite partners and resources

Track foot traffic related to unemployment inquiries, appointments, workshops, and recruitment events

Coordinate monthly activities calendars, room assignments, and space requests

Retrieve login information for individuals to access the PA CareerLink website

Answer and direct calls on the PA CareerLink multi-line telephone system

Input job seeker and employer service activities in the system of record daily

Support staff in collecting and verifying program requirements and documentation

Assist with calling job seekers to remind them of upcoming recruitment events and job fairs

Refer customers to appropriate local partners and programs

Update social media platforms with weekly recruitment activities and job fairs

Design and create job fair and recruitment flyers

Maintain office supplies and ensure a secure environment

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer Service experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Bachelor's Degree preferred
