Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient office routine, responding to patient inquiries, and administering established guidelines for prioritizing work activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including coordination of patient care and communication with patients and families.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
