Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within assigned districts, leading a team of Account Managers, and driving sales growth through strategic business planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to sales teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Develop and deliver regional sales forecasts and business plans
  • Implement and uphold company compliance policies and procedures
  • Recruit and select qualified candidates to fill open sales positions
  • Coach and develop sales representatives on sales techniques and market strategies
  • Develop and coordinate physician-training programs and practice enhancement initiatives
  • Attend national and regional aesthetic conventions and trade shows
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory/training experience in direct sales or B2B
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
  • Previous injectable and aesthetic sales experience preferred
  • Strong consultative selling skills and proven ability to close sales
