Regional Sales Manager - K12

This role will be responsible for owning all aspects of regional performance, including sales growth, customer acquisition, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for focus products in the defined territories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in the K12 segment and a proven track record of building and maintaining business relationships with accounts within the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and customer acquisition in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including schools and other educational institutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Pilgrim's products and services, and develop comprehensive bid pipelines to achieve regional objectives.
  • Manage commodity programs, including pass-through commodities and substitutable commodities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and ensure alignment with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of sales experience within the K12 segment.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining business relationships with accounts within the territory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of individuals.
  • Ability to travel, with a valid driver's license and willingness to fly or drive from city to city.
  • Computer skills, including internet navigation and Microsoft software knowledge.
