About the Role

Orbit Irrigation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within a defined sales region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and other key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in external sales, preferably in the green industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to speak Spanish.
  • Experience selling in the commercial office property, HOA industry, or commercial landscape/nursery sectors.
