Job Summary

As the Market Principal - Insurance Solutions Strategist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Top-15 insurance clients and internal teams. In this highly strategic role, we need an experienced individual who serves as an expert partner to the Chief Client Officer (CCO) as they work on defining client needs and go-to-market strategies.

In this position, you would critically analyze the market, build insightful thesis on our competitive position, assist sales efforts, engage with strategic clients, and build go-to-market content. You will cover all segments (i.e. strategic, enterprise, commercial) within the market as well as major geographies like NA and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively cultivates strong client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique business objectives and product requirements.
  • Effectively gathers and analyzes client feedback, leveraging it to optimize our services and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Skillfully manages multiple projects concurrently while ensuring open and transparent communication with Senior/Executive Leadership to align business objectives and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ensures robust client engagement by establishing strong relationships at all levels of the organization, from daily operational users to key decision-makers.
  • Plays a pivotal role in strategic relationships as a trusted and influential advisor to industry leaders, offering expert guidance and insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develops a deep understanding of client challenges and goals, providing tailored solutions that strengthen partnerships and establish a reputation as a go-to resource within the industry.
  • Ensures servicing and operations excellence by executing to delivery standards (SOPs) and maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Proactively collaborates with product and sales teams to drive asset growth on the platform and expand service offerings by effectively demonstrating and communicating the value to clients.
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of product enhancements and the dynamic investment accounting industry.
  • Designs, implements, and tracks both quantitative and qualitative metrics to effectively measure the success of projects, people, and processes.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in investment management and accounting solutions in the insurance market either as an investment technology provider, consultant or as a business leader overseeing one or more functions at a mid-sized or bigger insurer.
  • Proven experience in the fintech and insurance space, demonstrating familiarity with the unique dynamics and challenges of these industries.
  • Experience with managing large scale global clients, as well as diverse, multi-locational client servicing teams.
  • Expert knowledge in general investments accounting principles and practices, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and requirements.
  • Previous experience working with mid to large size insurance organizations, showcasing an understanding of their specific needs and operations.
  • Exceptional persuasive, clear, and concise communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to agility, continuous learning, improvement, and operational excellence, ensuring the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and deliver top-notch results.

Compensation

$225k - $275k + annual bonus + RSUs
