In this position, you will assess various aspects, from marketing effectiveness and attribution to linking personalization with customer loyalty.

This role is particularly engaging for a Senior Marketing Analyst who is passionate about testing and measurement, eager to derive valuable insights from data, and ready to make a significant impact on digital business.

As the Lead Customer Insights Analyst, you will spearhead testing, recommendations, and innovative ideas for this renowned e-retailer.

Your role will involve leveraging data to facilitate informed decision-making, particularly in interpreting and applying new tools and datasets for optimization.

You will support the marketing team with comprehensive reporting and analysis across various channels, including search, affiliate, email, display, social media, online video, and audio campaigns.

Collaboration with the marketing systems team and external partners will be essential to ensure accurate data flow into multi-touch attribution systems.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in utilizing data to generate business insights and recommendations.

Experience in analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns is essential. You approach challenges with creativity, strategy, and technical expertise. Colleagues may refer to you as a "data whiz" – a compliment you appreciate. You have a talent for diving deep into A/B testing and personalization.

Your SQL Skills are Exceptional:
you must have experience crafting complex SQL queries and utilizing Tableau for data visualization.

Familiarity with one or more of the following analytics tools is advantageous:
SAS, R, Python, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.

It’s also beneficial if you are well-versed in one or more of the following marketing tools:
Google Adwords, Facebook, DCM, DV360, Linkshare.

A background in data science and/or statistics is a significant plus. We are also open to candidates with less experience but possess a Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, etc., along with at least one impactful internship.
