Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide administrative support to various project teams in the Building Division of F.H. Paschen. As an experienced administrative professional, you will be responsible for reviewing and tracking subcontractor insurance certifications, managing subcontractor payments, and coordinating vendor activities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least one year of office experience, preferably in the construction industry. They should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities
  • Review and track receipt of subcontractor insurance certifications
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractor payments
  • Assist with obtaining DBE Commercially Useful Function documentation
  • Maintain electronic filing of documents per department standards
  • Support Project Teams with various activities as needed
