We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a salaried position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Summary

The Senior Construction Project Coordinator will assist in the management and coordination of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Develop and implement submittal logs and tracking systems
  • Research and resolve drawing interpretations, problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors
  • Solicit bids and quotes from subcontractors and vendors
  • Perform estimates and takeoffs for project materials and labor
  • Prepare and update project schedules as required
  • Attend project meetings and document progress
  • Maintain and update status reports as required
  • Generate punch lists and oversee close-out process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, and specifications
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools
  • Ability to travel up to 100%

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location. The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the job requirements, location, and market conditions in various states, including North Carolina, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Colorado, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Minnesota.
