About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations and Planning Analyst to join our team at Grove Collaborative. As a key member of our Product Team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales plans and forecasts to support business growth and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and reports to support business planning and decision-making
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales planning and analysis, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs/Slides or Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint
  • Passion for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth
