Overview:
As a Senior Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our Quality Management Systems Program, focusing on the development of high-quality documentation to support regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in daily interactions with technical documentation, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Proofread, prepare, create, review, edit, and update Quality and Technical Documents, including but not limited to: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Design Control Documentation, Technical Reports, and Risk Management Documentation.
  • Maintain an understanding of quality implications related to product performance and device defects within your area of responsibility.
  • Supervise small teams, guiding staff in their daily activities and assisting in problem-solving efforts.
  • Exhibit technical proficiency in laboratory techniques and conduct diverse experiments to support existing products.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, researchers, and technicians.
  • Analyze experimental data and present findings through written reports and oral presentations to stakeholders.
  • Foster professional relationships with internal and external business associates, reflecting positively on the company’s values and practices.
  • Adapt swiftly to changes in the industry, adjusting responsibilities and objectives as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a research development environment, with a focus on laboratory and technical writing under design control.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end documentation creation process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to generate high-quality documentation to meet project timelines.
