Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

At Integrated Oncology Network, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data, including general ledger coding and vendor record compliance.
  • Review and approve invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Assist accountants with month-end expense accruals and other financial tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years prior accounts payable experience.
  • Working knowledge of basic MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends as necessary.
Preferred Skills:
  • Background with multi-facility AP processing in healthcare.
  • Microsoft Solomon accounting software experience.
  • Ability to type 40 wpm.
