Accounts Payable Administrator

Our client in the Technology Installation Services industry is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. If you have a strong background in accounts payable and are proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, this could be the opportunity for you. The company offers a collaborative work environment, flexible hours, and the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule once fully trained and trusted.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile credit card statements and ensure all expenses are business-related.
  • Generate reports in Concur and maintain accurate records.
  • Make collections calls to customers, with a focus on light, non-confrontational interactions.
  • Enter vendor statements into QuickBooks and reconcile statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the accounts payable function.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong understanding of financial operations.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
  • Light Excel skills, with experience in data entry and spreadsheet management.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, with a preference for experience in both systems.
Additional Details:

The company offers a flexible daily schedule, with options to choose from 6-3, 7-4, or 8-5 daily. The role is a long-term contract opportunity, with the potential to be hired on directly after approximately 6 months. Candidates must undergo a clear background check and complete a 10-panel drug screen, including THC testing.
