Overview:

Tillster is seeking a dedicated Product Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to the TCE-Serverless Architecture platform, focusing on assisting the Product Operations Lead throughout the Marketplace onboarding journey. The specialist will collaborate closely to ensure that store menus are accurately created and thoroughly tested to facilitate seamless ordering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Brand/store/POS configurations, menu publication, and quality assurance.
  • Analyze menus to partner with Customers and develop the most effective menu organization for marketplace offerings.
  • Coordinate the development of Menus, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Pilot, Regional, and National Rollout schedules in collaboration with Sales, Brand, Product, and Support teams.
  • Verify all menu content for precision during onboarding and ongoing Brand management.
  • Conduct comprehensive End-to-End order injection testing as part of onboarding and continuous Brand oversight.
  • Assist Brands with restaurant menu modifications and store maintenance inquiries.
  • Provide training to new analysts on utilizing the TCE Admin tool.
  • Deliver training sessions for Customers on the TCE Admin tool.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Basic understanding of Restaurant POS systems, such as Aloha, Micros, POSitouch, etc.
  • Quality Assurance experience is highly desirable.
  • Background in the Restaurant industry is a significant advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, maintain organization, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working autonomously within a team framework.
  • Professional demeanor with a friendly disposition.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic team contributor.
  • Must have the ability to work entirely remotely, including access to high-speed internet.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Expected base salary range: $70,000 - $85,000, with total compensation determined based on lawful criteria and company policies.
  • Equity: All U.S. employees are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
  • Health Benefits: Full-time employees and their dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits, along with additional health programs.
  • Holidays: The company observes ten (10) paid holidays each year.
