Job Summary

To work with Field Sales as a comprehensive team to help develop and focus on applications and configurations of advanced Rehab products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on the continued training, development, and support for Rehab products (large portion to include Q Logic electronics) for customers, therapists, and VA facilities.
  • Communicate consistently with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team in order to fulfill needs of Rehab providers in the assigned Field Sales territory.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory, to provide training and presentations on Quantum Products with a large focus on Q Logic electronics.
  • Assist with the Seminar Tour and presentations, when applicable in the territory.
  • Communicate Quality Assurance issues and concerns.
  • Report field data regarding growth opportunities within your assigned territory to Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Manager.
  • Maintain inventory on demo chairs, electronics, and accessories needed in the field.
  • Maintain cost effective time and territory management.
  • Submit monthly expenses and weekly itineraries for travel.
  • Assist providers and their technical staff in troubleshooting and repairs of units in the field.
  • Participate in VA clinics and VA related activities.
  • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management.
  • Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment.
  • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations.
  • Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary.

Must Have
  • Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Work with multiple departments as a cross-functional team.
  • Assemble and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical devices.
  • Travel for the company and transport demo equipment as business needs dictate.
  • Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Skills
  • Basic working knowledge of Pride operating systems preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of clinical diagnoses and equipment considerations preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills preferred.
Required Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Electro-Mechanical Applications in a Health Care Industry, Sales, Manufacturing, and/or Production environment OR, in lieu of experience, an Associate Degree in a field related to Health Care OR, in lieu of a related Associate Degree, a Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience within the Mobility Industry preferred.
  • Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred.
Required Education
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Education
  • Associate Degree in a Health Care related field preferred.
  • Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification preferred.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future.
