About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Production Specialist to join our team at Fagron Sterile Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with product labeling, essential copy policies, and Master Batch Records for new products and major process changes.
  • Approve initial CSP label specifications and justifications for new product introductions.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, train employees, and implement new controlled substance programs.
  • Support deviations as the patient advocate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant procedures and policies, and attend industry conferences to expand expertise.
  • Understand customer and patient needs, and ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Legal Demands, Code of Conduct, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from an accredited college of pharmacy or foreign equivalent.
  • Registered Pharmacist in the state where manufacturing will be performed.
  • 3-5 years of deep admixture experience, with a strong background in administration and controlled substances.
  • Experience in GMP cleanroom environments and/or advanced hospital IV admixture programs is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is preferred.
