Job Description:

A leading biotechnology company in the Greater Boston area is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join their Cell Manufacturing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the clinical product manufacturing process, ensuring the development of a cell therapy drug meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct media prep and facilitate technology transfer and final process development in a cGMP clean room environment.
  • Support the development of SOPs and deviation reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and aseptic technique.
  • Participate in quality systems and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment.
  • SOP documentation and deviation reporting experience.
  • Experience with cell cultures and GMP environments.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
