Job Summary

The Regional Manager serves as a key point of contact with the Government and/or ACOR, exercising full decision-making authority for Contractor regional and site activities. This seasoned leader must have a wealth of experience in various facets of materiel logistics, personnel and materiel management, and logistics IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage logistics functions, requiring first-hand knowledge of people, processes, and system integrations.
  • Oversee personnel administration, safety, training, standards of conduct, CAC requirements, and sourcing personnel requirements.
  • Utilize Defense Property Accountability System Warehouse Module (DPAS-WM), Global Combat Support System (GCSS), Total Force Structure Management Systems (TFSMS), SharePoint, TLCM-OST, and other related systems for equipment research and project submissions.
  • Analyze data from multiple systems and coordinate functional teams to drive business decisions.
  • Determine and monitor contractor personnel requirements, establish work priorities, organize work schedules, assign duties, and instruct office and packing/warehouse personnel on special requirements and workloads.
  • Provide overall supervision for Contractor employees, ensuring work is scheduled properly, reports are accurate and timely, and inefficient or wasteful methods are prevented.
  • Execute cost-saving factors and quality controls to ensure work is performed as scheduled and at a fair cost.
  • Manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including public speaking when required.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Information Technology, or Program Management.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Warehouse Management.
  • Five (5) years of demonstrated leadership.
  • Four (4) years of Program Management experience comparable to the duties and responsibilities identified in the contract documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior Military experience.
