Regional Sales Manager

At Bellami Hair, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the hair extensions business in your assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees to promote our hair extension products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new salon development and growth of existing accounts.
- Deliver high-quality in-salon presentations and product classes to educate and train salon professionals on our products and services.
- Meet and exceed individual revenue goals by providing exceptional customer service and support to salon owners and stylists.
- Support retail segment sales through merchandising and promotional activities.
- Manage a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accounts to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Execute strategic education plans for each salon in your territory to drive sales and growth.
- Promote and participate in regional and national company-sponsored events to drive business development and education.
- Attend all company-provided meetings and training to stay up-to-date on company initiatives and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant outside sales experience.
- Candidates with outside sales and salon industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High sales drive and customer service orientation.
- Ability to prospect and close new business.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Adaptable to working with and educating various personality types.
- Competitive and collaborative.
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and general comfort with new programs.
