Job Overview

We are looking for a courteous, professional, and detail-focused Guest Services Representative to become a part of the Ashland Springs Hotel team. As the initial point of interaction for our visitors, your role will involve delivering precise and timely information and services in a friendly manner, ensuring a remarkable guest experience from arrival to departure.

Position Details: Part-Time, hourly compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check guests in/out efficiently and courteously
  • Process guest payments and verify necessary identification
  • Address and fulfill special requests from guests
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and positively
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints with professionalism
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct them as needed
  • Promote hotel amenities, events, and special offers
  • Communicate effectively with other shifts
  • Complete daily operational tasks
  • Handle cash transactions with accuracy
  • Post charges to guest accounts
  • Reconcile shift transactions and prepare cash deposits
  • Drive company vehicles as required
  • Manage guest correspondence, messages, and wake-up calls
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
