Job Title: Technical Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Elo Touch Solutions. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our demo pool of Elo touch screens used for tradeshows and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor all demo pool inventory, including hardware, software, and technical stack, to ensure seamless execution of tradeshows and events.
  • Support event stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure each tradeshow has the necessary inventory and resources to be successful.
  • Coordinate demo equipment for tradeshows, including meetings, shipment consolidation, pack-up, and returns.
  • Support product and engineering teams to resolve technical issues with EVT/DVT/PVT samples, ensuring they are ready for customer and partner evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care teams to ensure sales demo products are ready for customer and partner evaluation, and work with logistics teams to ensure timely return of products.
  • Manage and monitor US demo rooms to ensure all products and solutions are well-exhibited and in working order.
  • Write and maintain documentation relating to demo inventory and tech stack.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process alignments, and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technically oriented pre- or post-sales role, such as Demo Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Enterprise Technical/IT support.

  • A proactive and action-oriented team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Reliable self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift up to OSHA single person lift requirements.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, unrestricted.
