Senior Process Improvement Consultant

Role Overview:

The Senior Process Improvement Consultant plays a pivotal role in evaluating current operational performance and executing strategies to boost efficiency. This position is dedicated to converting organizational policies and viewpoints into actionable operational objectives and practical processes that deliver customer value while reducing expenses. The Consultant serves as a mentor and change agent throughout the organization, striving to enhance operational performance and processes through effective problem-solving methodologies.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Costing and Margin Enhancement Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and refine organizational workflows with an emphasis on manufacturing support for sales initiatives.
  • Engage with cross-departmental teams to pinpoint areas ripe for process enhancement.
  • Formulate and execute continuous improvement plans while tracking their effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at talent development to bolster team skills and operational workflows.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Proven track record of leading change and achieving results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Experience in functional leadership within a complex organizational structure
  • Background in project management and large-scale program implementation
  • Engineering expertise
