Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Automation Specialist, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive automation strategies that align with project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and deliver impactful automation solutions that meet both internal and external requirements.
- Oversee the planning and execution of relevant automation tactics, including the creation of technical documentation, training materials, and operational guidelines.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that automation initiatives are aligned with business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Manage relationships with vendors and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of automation projects.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in automation or related fields.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively across various domains and adapt to changing priorities.
