Key Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Communication Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of children and families to inform the planning, development, implementation, and review of individualized curriculums and IFSPs tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of young children.
  • Maintaining accurate records in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards.
  • Serving as a service coordinator to ensure that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children, adhering to quality assurance standards.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
  • A valid Connecticut licensure or certification in accordance with state regulations for Birth to Three professionals.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record as per company policy.
  • Access to the internet, a cell phone, and reliable transportation.
