Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and committed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to enhance our dynamic team of professionals and address the needs of our expanding practice. We value ambition, creativity, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering thorough assessments and high-quality interventions for children focusing on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, visual motor/perception, self-care, executive functioning, sensory processing, and emotional regulation.
- Creating tailored home education programs.
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Engaging in screenings, enrichment programs, homeschooling classes, and other initiatives aligned with the mission of More to Say.
- Contributing to team success by excelling in individual responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Dependable and self-motivated.
- A quick learner and adept problem solver.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A preference for collaborative work environments.
- A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A current state occupational therapy license (CT).
- National certification through NBCOT.
