Position Overview

We are in search of a passionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to enhance our exceptional team of clinicians and address the needs of our expanding practice. We value ambition, creativity, and collaboration. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering thorough assessments and high-quality interventions for children experiencing developmental and motor delays or disorders.
  • Creating tailored home education programs to support each child's unique needs.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation in line with company protocols.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively.
  • Engaging in screenings, enrichment activities, homeschooling classes, and other initiatives aligned with the mission of More to Say.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the team by excelling in your individual role.
Qualifications
  • A genuine love for working with children.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Dependable and self-motivated.
  • A quick learner with problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • A preference for working collaboratively in a team setting.
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or an equivalent qualification).
  • A valid physical therapy license in the state of Connecticut.
