Role Responsibilities

We are in search of a passionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to contribute to our expanding practice. We value creativity, ambition, and teamwork. Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time positions.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Conducting thorough assessments and delivering high-quality interventions for children experiencing developmental and motor challenges.
  • Creating tailored home education plans.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company protocols.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Engaging in screenings, enrichment initiatives, homeschooling classes, and other programs aligned with the mission of More to Say.
  • Enhancing team success by excelling in individual responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • Exceptional time management abilities.
  • Dependable and driven.
  • A quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication capabilities.
  • A preference for collaborative work environments.
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
  • A valid physical therapy license in the state of Connecticut.
