Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to enhance our dynamic team and address the needs of our expanding practice. We value ambition, creativity, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and high-quality interventions for children focusing on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, visual motor/perception, self-care, executive functioning, sensory processing, and emotional regulation.
- Create tailored home education programs for children.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Engage in screenings, enrichment activities, homeschool classes, and other initiatives aligned with the mission of More to Say.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by excelling in your individual role.
- A genuine love for working with children.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable and self-motivated.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current occupational therapy license in the state of Connecticut.
- National certification from NBCOT.
