Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to enhance our dynamic team and address the needs of our expanding practice. We value ambition, creativity, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and high-quality interventions for children focusing on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, visual motor/perception, self-care, executive functioning, sensory processing, and emotional regulation.
  • Create tailored home education programs for children.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company protocols.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Engage in screenings, enrichment activities, homeschool classes, and other initiatives aligned with the mission of More to Say.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by excelling in your individual role.
Qualifications:
  • A genuine love for working with children.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Dependable and self-motivated.
  • A quick learner with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A preference for working collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current occupational therapy license in the state of Connecticut.
  • National certification from NBCOT.
