**Job Title:** Contents Restoration Technician

**Reports To:** Contents Manager

**Job Summary:**

As a Contents Restoration Technician with Midwest Remediation, you will play a critical role in the recovery and restoration of customer property. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Carefully packaging, wrapping, and transporting customer property
  • Picking up and delivering contents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment and vehicles
  • Performing demolition and structure cleaning tasks as needed
  • Assisting other departments as required
  • Thoroughly cleaning and restoring contents and textiles
  • Maintaining accurate records in our inventory management system (iCAT)

**Requirements:**

  • Willingness to be trained in specialized cleaning procedures for contents and structure
  • Ability to learn the functions of our inventory management system (iCAT)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Motivation for personal and professional growth
  • Physical abilities, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, and routine lifting and carrying of 100+ pounds with support
