**Job Title:** Success Factor LMS Support Specialist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services as a Success Factor LMS Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our Learning Management System (LMS).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Business Requirements Evaluation:** Understand and evaluate business requirements to ensure that our LMS meets the needs of our clients.
  • **ITIL Processes:** Follow ITIL processes to execute support activities and ensure that our LMS is running efficiently.
  • **Incident Management:** Work on incidents, changes, and service requests created by our clients within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • **Troubleshooting:** Troubleshoot issues and provide proactive solutions and user guidance to our clients.
  • **Vendor Interaction:** Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break-fix, performance, availability, and system uptimes.
  • **Status Updates:** Ensure regular connects with our onsite team for providing daily status updates.
  • **Documentation:** Maintain project documentation, including validation documents and knowledge enhancement documents, and adhere to our customer's quality policy and procedures.
  • **Status Presentations:** Present the status of work to our customers in weekly and monthly status meetings.
  • **Service Improvement:** Provide service improvement suggestions to enhance our LMS and support services.
  • **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members on a regular basis to discuss ideas, improvement, and efficient service delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • **Skills:** Success Factor trained, experienced professional with LMS module; understanding of ITIL and Agile; ability to work independently and within a team environment; knowledge of SQL and scripting; good communication and presentation skills.
  • **Advantage:** Experience in learning content development is an advantage.
