Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Operations: Direct all operational functions for the facility, protecting assets and aligning with corporate strategies and objectives.
  • Implement Safety Strategy: Develop and enforce Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) strategies, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with management and other facilities to ensure operational effectiveness in line with company goals.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with local regulatory bodies to meet operational requirements.
  • Facilitate Communication: Organize and lead regular meetings with site personnel to ensure effective communication.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical support and insights on all operational aspects.
  • Achieve Performance Targets: Set and surpass production and financial targets, manage performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee Financial Performance: Manage profit and loss for manufacturing operations.
  • Implement Value Stream Initiatives: Ensure the development and execution of value stream implementation plans.
  • Plan Facility Investments: Create and execute a comprehensive capital investment strategy for the facility.
  • Commit to Safety: Exhibit unwavering dedication to zero harm principles to cultivate a world-class safety culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in manufacturing leadership may be considered.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is essential.
  • Minimum of five years' experience managing teams.
  • Experience with welding, cutting tables, and press forming is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management principles is advantageous.
