Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the production and distribution of packaged and bulk gases.
  • Ensure plant safety, maintenance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead and develop the operations team through effective hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Formulate and manage operational budgets and capital expenditures.
  • Collaborate with safety officers to uphold OSHA, DOT, EPA, and FDA regulations.
  • Implement and refine standard operational practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze production data to optimize operations and meet customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and promote a culture of safety awareness.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial gas or related operational environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP software.
  • A solid understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
