Position Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Consultants. Previous experience in insurance sales is not mandatory; we value candidates who possess a strong eagerness to learn and excel. In this role, you will engage with leads generated by our company and assist them throughout the sales journey to secure tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to leads generated through various channels, including inbound inquiries and marketing efforts.
  • Establish rapport and trust with potential clients through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify clients' insurance requirements and financial objectives.
  • Recommend suitable insurance products and clearly explain coverage options and benefits.
  • Guide clients through the application and underwriting processes, offering support as necessary.
  • Achieve or surpass personal sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • No prior insurance sales experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Possession of an active insurance license in the relevant state is preferred. If not licensed, candidates must be willing to obtain the necessary licenses within a specified timeframe, with assistance provided for new hires.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM software and other relevant tools is advantageous but not required; a quick learning ability is essential.
  • Access to a computer, mobile phone, and reliable internet connection.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible schedules allowing brokers to set their own hours.
  • Part-Time: 15-20 hours per week.
  • Full-Time: 25-45 hours per week.

Compensation:

  • Part-Time (1-2 sales per week): $25,000 - $50,000/year income.
  • Average Full-Time (3-5 sales per week): $75,000 - $125,000/year income.
  • Above Average Full-Time (6-8 sales per week): $150,000 - $200,000/year income.
  • Exceptional Full-Time (9-12 sales per week): $225,000 - $300,000/year income.
