Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Crescent Services. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk staff, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that the front office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Front Desk staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests' needs are met.
  • Respond to guests' special requests, needs, problems, issues, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the front office area, including the front desk, lobby, and surrounding areas, to ensure that it is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service and communication.
  • Model excellent guest service and lead by example to ensure that all Front Desk staff provide exceptional service to guests.
Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
  • Ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and prepare complex reports of room availability and revenues generated.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons.
Working Conditions:

Hotels are 24/7 operations. We schedule based on business demands. Nights and weekends will be a normal part of your schedule.
