We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and communicative Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Staybridge/Holiday Inn Quincy. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage online, phone, and in-person room reservations with precision and efficiency.
  • Welcome guests, check them in/out, distribute room keys, and explain hotel amenities with a smile.
  • Process payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly and courteous way.
  • Provide local information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of guest rooms and accommodate special needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
