Job Overview

Codell Construction Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Supervise and train construction staff, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop solutions to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in commercial, industrial, and municipal construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train construction staff.
  • Proficient in construction software, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control tools.
